Who we are
Midtown Snow Services is a division of Midtown Seasonal Services Inc., a registered Ontario corporation providing residential snow removal in midtown Toronto. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our free estimate booking process, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you book a free estimate through our booking form, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, and home address. We ask for your address so we know where to visit for your estimate. We do not collect payment information through this website, since pricing and payment are handled in person after your estimate.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to schedule and confirm your free estimate appointment, to contact you by phone, text or email about that appointment and about the service you've inquired about, and to keep a record of our customers once you become one. By checking the consent box on our booking form, you agree to be contacted using the information you've provided for these purposes.
How we store and share your information
Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system, provided by GoHighLevel. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may share it with service providers who help us run our scheduling and communication systems, and only for that purpose. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Cookies and third-party content
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and a booking calendar from GoHighLevel. These third parties may set their own cookies or collect technical data such as your browser type, according to their own privacy policies. We don't control how they handle that data.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our service and maintain our business records, including for tax and insurance purposes. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, you can ask us to, and we will unless we're required to keep it for a legal reason.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time as our business or our tools change. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
