If your property isn't fully cleared within 24 hours of the storm ending, that entire month is free. No arguing, no runaround. And we don't get to decide when a storm is over. Environment Canada's official Toronto data does, so it's fair for everyone.
How we call a storm "over"
A storm has ended once Environment Canada's Toronto City station records no new accumulation for three straight hours. If the City of Toronto declares a Major Snowstorm Condition, or that station records 25 cm or more in 24 hours, the guarantee window for that storm extends to 48 hours. The full wording is in your service agreement.
